This programme provides public managers and administrators with the key skills they need to operate in the public sector in a developing or transitional country context.

The programme is taught by a team of multi-disciplinary specialists who work closely with students to address their individual interests and concerns. MSc students have an individual dissertation supervisor.
Each module includes six weeks of guided discussions to complement the readings. Students also complete an intensive online induction module at the beginning of the programme and an online research methods module to prepare them for the six month project leading to the submission of their 10,000 word dissertation.
