IDD offers taught and research degrees that enable students to deepen their understanding of development issues. All our programmes are international in both focus and student body, and over the past six years we have welcomed students from 99 different countries.

What type of degree are you interested in?
Every programme at IDD offers some form of field visit or practical attachment as part of its structure. These are designed to give you guided, first-hand experience of the concepts studied, in addition to valuable work experience. Please note that overseas visits are not available for students studying on distance learning programmes with IDD.
IDD has a dedicated Postgraduate Office to provide support to on-campus students and a dedicated Distance Learning Office to support distance learning students. IDD staff are also available to students by email and in person as much as possible.
